Usha Rao our Talent Acquisition Head has around 14 years of professional work experience in Talent Acquisition. She has done Master's in Personnel management from Osmania University and a master's diploma in IT too. Also a Counseling

A detail-oriented, personable HR professional with extensive experience in HR -IT & Non IT recruitment with industry segments like IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, Engineering Healthcare, E-commerce, Retail, Packaging, Chemical, Automotive, Auto Ancillary, Pharmaceuticals, and other emerging sectors. Worked on many skill sets for all the segments from junior level to senior management level positions. Nirmala K Mondal, is a Leadership and soft Skills Trainer and a Management Consultant. Is a Certified Trainer & Facilitator (CTF) from Carlton University and has an MBA. Had over 22 years of work experience in Training & Development, Resource Management.

Currently conducts senior and middle management training programs for various industry sectors. In training, expert is in designing, delivering and evaluating programs in the areas of Communication and soft skills. Training methodology is tailored to suit different needs and levels and ensures that learning happens in a stimulating and fun filled environment.During her experience of 25 years, she has served several corporate companies both in domestic and international market and has gained rich exposure in direct sales, performance development, training & development for different industry verticals like Insurance, Retail, and Financial Services and multilevel/Referral marketing industry.
